Fred Welch is the owner of Right at Home of Southwest Michigan.  Fred has been providing professional services to clients for more than 20 years, the last 14 years in the Southwest Michigan area.  Fred understands that to be a trusted provider of homecare and support services to our clients, to their family members and to the healthcare professionals in the community, requires an unparalleled degree of integrity, responsiveness and service quality.

Fred chose to open his Right at Home office because of his strong personal desire to provide a high quality, dependable home care option to southwest Michigan.  His business goal is to achieve a level of personal service for the community that not only surpasses that of our competitors, but also that of our clients’ own expectations.

In his personal time, Fred is active with his family, in his church and as a Trustee with the Lakeshore Board of Education.  Fred and his wife, Sandy, have been married for 34 years.  They live in Stevensville with their three sons, Brian, Kevin and Eric, and are both very active in the community.

Joni Weaver is our Client Care Coordinator.  Joni is a graduate of St. Joseph High School, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.  She has four years experience managing an educational services business, with an emphasis on individual instruction and attention.
